And my experience there was no presentable benefit for extending contract length. In what industry is a 5 year contract the standard? By surprised user from Omaha, NE Posted Jun 22, 2009 Monitering is fine. Just asked about terminatioon of contract. They informed me that I signed a 5 year contract. What?!?!? The sales guy never said anything about 5 years, I would have never signed something that long. I think they slipped it in with all the legal fine print.
