I got trapped into this company NorthStar alarm Services and it has been a nightmare ever since.There billing department is inconsistent,there costumer service is horrible.and worst thing of all there system they install at least mine dose not work.I have been trying to cancel for 4 months and now I am working with a Attorney to hopefully get out of this mess.My advice if you need a alarm system do not use Northstar, you will regret it.
