Everyone at the office is so nice and always returns my calls right away. The salesman was nice as well. i was initially nervous when he knocked on my door to sell me security, but the system was nice and it was a good deal so i took it, and am very glad i did. I had someone attempt to break into my home at night last year, and the alarm went off right away, woke me up and warned me, but was loud enough to also scare away the burglar. That one incident pays for the system itself. I was also able to upgrade my keypad last year to one of the newwer ones that looks much nicer as well. totally worth $50 a month!   By Joanne from N. The tech, Mark was out here early Saturday and checked the alarm for any damage. He replaced the alarm for the front door and was very reassuring and courteous.
