We caled to cancel our service the week our contract renewed. Trust said it was too late & is charging us a full year of service to cancel the contract in addition to our monthly payments.
It has been 2 months & 5 phone calls later & we have yet to recieve our paperwork to cancel service. In the meantime they are still charging us monthly service.
Sounds like a way to get extra $$$ from their clients!
