Nothing works probably from the installation of a security system installed a year and a half a go. The cell phone signal for the panel is inadequate and a booster or multi cell antenna was supposed to be installed last year but was not. Garage and entry door sensors to not work from the app. I cant remember how many times I called to get these issues fixed but they never have been. Now the panel is malfunctioning. I cant speak regarding the monitoring cause we are afraid to arm it because of the malfunctions of sensors saying doors or windows open but they are not. The stand alone camera system was installed but it is not working either de to the incorrect pass word provided and cameras are not very clear at night. We should have known that this was not good equipment because the install price was to cheap but of course they are making their money by a three year monitoring fee of $52.99 a month.
