Reviews  By William E from Durham, NC Posted Sep 15, 2014 We installed telephone service by Time-Warner. Today they turned it on and checked alarm system. It can set off alarm inside but does not telephone First Security. He was here an hour and one-half. He cannot, of course, go into your system. My wife called First Security here. Thereupon came a long conversation. The gist was that it was Time Warner's fault. The latter said we have one line connecting to outside. The woman at First Security could only offer a visit at $110.00 to, maybe, adjust one wire, we do not know. Neither the tone nor the results were satisfactory. We have been your customer for 21 years. Time Warner does have an alarm system. I have always recommended you all but now?
